1- In his will, dated October 20, 1904, Haj Iskandar Khan Yavar has appointed Aqa Mir Asad Allah and Aqa Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Aqa Mirza Mahdi Khan Muntasir Lashkar the executors of his and his wife's wills and Mulla Isma‘il Shaykh al-Islam as their overseer. The will of Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin, the Prayer Imam, assigning his underage son, Shaykh Mahmud, as the executor of his will. Since Shaykh Mahmud is underage, his nephews, Shaykh Husayn and Mirza Baqir, should intervene in the affairs until he grows up.
